Scout Report - Zlatko Junuzovic

Zlatko Junuzovic is Werder Bremen's captain and could be set for to be part of a major transfer to Orlando City and MLS in this winter's transfer window. But, just not yet.

This is following on from the fact that he is Werder Bremen's captain, the Club's CSO Frank Baumann, isn't interested at all in letting Junuzovic leave as easily as Orlando would probably hope.
Orlando City are saying that there has been a request about a possible transfer made, Baumann categorically denies this, Baumann has placed a €10 million price tag on Junuzovic as a deterrent. Orlando City want the transfer fee and Junuzovic' wages to be part of the one package too.

THE HISTORY

Torres started his professional career with Grazer AK in 2005 having progressed from its youth academy between 1999 - 2005. He would score 9 goals in 74 appearances.
From Grazer, Junuzovic would move onto play for Austria Karnten from 2007 - 2009 - scoring 3 goals in 57 appearances, before moving onto Austria Vienna (Wien), making for his most prolific time in Austria where he would score 21 goals in 82 appearances.

He would be signed by Werder Bremen in 2009 - so far making 169 appearances and scoring 19 goals for the Bundesliga mid-table side.

THE PROSPECTS

The Prospects for Zlatko Junuzovic and Orlando City SC are dependant on if his move to the MLS comes to pass.
This is more a wait and see with Junuzovic being linked Trabzonspor in Turkey also. But, if his move to Orlando City does come to pass, one thing that can be said about Zlatko Junuzovic is that his style of play would be accustomed to MLS.
