Scout Report - Paul Arriola

Paul Arriola is DC United's, latest recruit as they look to bolster their squad for the MLS 2017 off-season and in time to bedded in just in time for the MLS campaign next season.



On 9th of August this year, DC United announced that they had signed Arriola, after the winger signed for a club record fee of $3 million dollars and TAM rights to LA Galaxy

The American after signing for DC has turned out 11 times since signing from Tijuana.

THE HISTORY

Arriola made his professional debut for Tijuana in 2013, spending 4 years there making 81 appearances scoring 4 goals.

It was more about Paul Arriola's youth career that makes him standout and probably a big reason of where he has come from.

In the 2010/11 season Arriola turned out for IMG Islanders Academy in Florida. He would move on for the next season with Arsenal FC in California and would move onto LA Galaxy before making his professional debut.

THE PROSPECTS

The Prospects for Paul Arriola look good in both MLS and MLS Fantasy next season, because he is already bedding into the style of soccer in MLS and how DC United play Football.

In terms of MLS Fantasy next season, perhaps it is a wait and see with Paul Arriola to see how he adapts to the style of play in MLS and his second chance in America.
